The home
The house is located in a lovely residential part of St Paul’s Bay. Just down the road is the local swimming area and snackbar, and two minutes away is a small picturesque sandy beach. Take a sunset walk along the promenade and you’ll find the pubs & restaurants of nearby villages Qawra & Bugibba, as well as the fantastic Aquarium and more beaches.
The whole house is exclusively for your use. The front door opens onto a staircase which leads up to the living & dining area, kitchen, and small back yard. The front balcony is great for people-watching, or looking out towards the sea.
On the second floor is the main bedroom with double bed and balcony. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and leads to an outdoor terrace which is perfect for drying your laundry & beach towels. You will also find the main bathroom with brand new shower, toilet, and sink.
Facilities
You are booking the whole house – no shared spaces, it is entirely for you. Guests have access to all areas of the property. Includes fully fitted kitchen, main bathroom, back terrace, two balconies with side sea views, and large back balcony.
Included are all bed linen & towels, comfortable orthopaedic mattresses, washing machine for your laundry & a clothes horse. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, while the secondary bedroom with 2 bunk beds comes with a fan. You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven & cooker, kettle, and toaster. Relax on the comfortable sofas & watch your shows on the SmartTV.
