How to secure a reservation

After confirming the availability of accommodation for the days of your stay, you may secure the reservation by sending a deposit by bank transfer. All details will be communicated to you via email.

Our booking policy requires an initial deposit of 20% of the monthly or weekly rent in order to guarantee the room.

Cancellation Policy

Our booking policy does not allow cancellations or refunds on bookings.  Travel insurance may cover such events.

Payment of bills

Guests are kindly requested to settle their bills in cash when checking in.  We are not in a position to accept personal checks or credit cards.

Check-in / Check-Out

Check-In Time: 1200 hrs-2200 hrs*
Check-Out Time: 1400 hrs

*Contact us if your arrival time is outside of our standard check-in times.

Rooms not occupied by 2200 hours will be considered as no-show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Welcoming our guests

Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of your requested check-in time.  Subject to room availability and advance notice, we can arrange early check-in.

We will personally welcome you on your arrival to show you around the accommodation and explain the use of the various appliances.  We will also provide you with a Guest Service Pledge and Accommodation Condition Report for your agreement.

All guests must produce a valid passport or EU identity card upon check-in.
